Overview

We are actively looking for a Room/Laundry Attendant for a small condominium in Lahaina town.    This property is newly acquired with a start date of Thursday, December 29th, 2021!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Changing bed linen and making beds, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
  • Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities
  • Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets
  • Dusting furniture, emptying trash containers
  • Cleaning public area
  • Reporting any maintenance issue
  • Returning and restocking cleaning cart at end of shift
  • Responsible for the complete upkeep and smooth function of laundry department
  • Sorts dirty linen by type
  • Ensures washing of linen is up to standard before placing into inventory
  • Communicates any maintenance & upkeep issue to management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma desired
  • Must have 6 – 12 months guest service and/or housekeeping experience
  • Flexible shifts and hours
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Professional and polite
  • Prompt, courteous and have good attendance
