Prep cold dishes, such as appetizers and salads before they are served and store food items, as needed. Responsibilities also include dessert preparation and plating. To be successful in this role, you should be able to handle the kitchen’s fast-paced working environment, be familiar with food hygiene and be available to work during evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity preferred.
- Training/certification in proper food handling sanitation procedures as required by local government preferred.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
