-MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND SAFE WORK AREA TO INCLUDE UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT & DISHES
-HANDLE & STORE INGREDIENTS AND FOOD
-MAINTAIN FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION STANDARDS
