Overview

We are actively looking for a Maintenance person for a small condominium in Lahaina town.    This property is newly acquired with a start date of January 2022.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing general maintenance tasks for buildings to include repairs to drywall, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, plumbing, painting, etc.
  • Conducting routine maintenance on equipment and/or building systems
  • Setting up repair appointments with mechanics or electricians as needed
  • Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on premises
  • Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized
  • Performing inventory on repair supplies
  • Detecting, identifying and repairing building issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma desired
  • Must have 6 – 12 months maintenance experience
  • Flexible shifts and hours
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Professional and polite
  • Prompt, courteous and have good attendance
