Overview

-Greet and assist customers
-Prepares rental forms and contracts, reservations, bids and sales using POS system
-Communicate, collaborate and coordinate outside sales and service team to ensure equipment is available & in working condition
-Review equipment & related items using manuals, catalogs, or online references
-Maintain daily contract file, stock equipment and parts in showroom & supply cabinets
-Assist with inventory
-Assist with shipping & receiving of misc quipment & parts
-Run errands for front counter
-Misc duties assigned by Manager

Experience:
-Must have 2 year customer service & point of sale (POS) system experience
-Two year construction equipment rental and sales experience preferred
-Forklift Certified experience desired
-Team player with positive attitude
-Excellent verbal and written skills and effectively communicate with customers
-Able to understand financial transaction to create and process basic contracts
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Able to work independently
-Dependable and can maintain a good attendance record
-Able to lift up to 25 lbs
-Computer knowledge required

HOURS:
Monday – Friday 7:30a – 4:30pm
