Overview

We are looking for someone with strong administrative office skills, detailed oriented, ability to multitask, excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and maintain high level of customer service at all times. Pay depends on experience.

  • Answer phones
  • Take orders
  • Research parts inquiries
  • Quote prices on parts via telephone, fax and email
  • Invoice parts, service jobs and routine maintenance agreement work
  • Follow up on drop shipment status and advisable to customers
  • Must be able to type and computer savvy
  • Assist customers with warranty claims
  • Inventory control
  • Receiving shipments
  • UPS shipments (outgoing)

Pay rate: $15-$18 DOE
Full time Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
