Temporary Recruitment

Whether it is one person for one day or a crew of twenty for a day, a month or a year, we can fill the request! This time saving, hassle free course of action will allow your business to contact our office, on short notice, with a job order.

AIE handles the advertising, recruiting, screening, reference checks, education verifications, and skills testing (upon request). You can choose to have us submit resumes for your review or simply just screen the candidates and send them right over to begin working! In addition, we are able to provide background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

As the Employer of Record, AIE handles all the employer/employee related expenses and assumes total responsibility for the employee’s worker’s compensation, TDI, health insurance and all state and federal taxes.

Direct Hire Recruitment

If your organization has a position available, but does not have the time or resources to wade through piles of resumes, reference checks, education verifications, and interviews of unqualified applicants, we can do the work for you.

At a minimal fee, Aloha International Employment, Inc. will advertise, screen prospective employees, and provide you with qualified candidates to interview for your open position.

Temp-to-hire

If you just aren’t sure if you’re ready to take on a long term employee, but have intentions to do so, then the Temp-to-hire recruitment option is for you.

You have all the benefits of hiring a temporary employee; however, you may hire the employee any time within the first 90 days should you decide they are perfect for the job!

To assist further in your hiring decisions, AIE is equipped with a state-of-the-art, non-discriminatory testing program for employers called “Kenexa Prove-It”™. This unique program is customized to test employees on a variety of skill levels in General/Legal/Medical Office, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, AP/AR, Grammar, Math, Spelling, and much more, including about a hundred Computer Software Programs.This system has proven to be an invaluable tool for employee and employer alike. Companies can have potential employees test to verify their skills before hiring. Because our testing program is internet based, the prospective candidates can take the tests anywhere internet access is available. For a $35.00 fee your company can request the specific areas/programs that each individual be tested on and receive the results within an hour (if you’re hiring this particular employee through AIE, this fee is waived). At your request, AIE tests prospective employees before they send them out on a job.

The personal safety, health and job performance of each and every employee of AIE is of utmost importance. Therefore, AIE conducts random drug screening on ALL of our employees (temporary and leased). AIE covers the costs for the random drug testing including time lost to the employee if they are on assignment. Pre-employment drug screening is available upon request.Upon request background screening on all new hires are available. They must have already received a job offer in order for us to perform a background check.AIE takes part in E-Verify. E-Verify enables AIE to verify employment eligibility for our newly hired employees, regardless of citizenship.
